Editing KB article with Edge delete inserted videos !?

Hi I have created articles with video hosted in Vimeo.When I edit the article with Edge, it deletes the inserted video HTML code !? Tested on 2 different workstation / account.Any idea ? any workaround ? any solution ?

Mobile app FreshDesk crashes every time it is started

Hello Since today, the Freshdesk mobile app for Android crash each time it is startedI have tried to clean the cache, deleted the app data, reinstall the app, reboot the phone : no way to make it start correctly again.Any idea ?

Custom App could not be published

Hello I try to publish my first Custom App which was successfully tested and packed.I got this message without any additional information : Your custom app could not be published due to a technical issue. Please resubmit the app in the developer portal. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Custom App could not be published Any idea ? Am I suppose to create a ticket ?
