Custom Ticket Field layouts per agent/group/product?

Is it possible to hide ticket fields from an agent based on their group or the assigned product? We have several unrelated departments using the same instance of Freshdesk so fields that are important to customer support may be unnecessary for the legal team.

Modify ticket creation page in Salesforce?

Is there anyway to edit the ticket creation page in Salesforce?1. I'd like to set a default for the agent field.2. Ideally I'd like to hide the agent field entirely. I don't want our sales reps to be able to assign them manually.For reference, I've attached a screenshot of the page I'm referring to.

Multiple products with the same e-mail address?

We need to have multiple products, but I'd like to use the same e-mail address for all four of them. We're doing this because we'd like a separate portal for each product, but have one mailbox for all support issues. Is this possible?
