Forwarded E-Mail to FreshDesk minimized

Hello community,  after the latest update or release our forwarded E-Mails to the FreshDesk system will be attached as minimized within the ticket conversation. When you want to check the forwarded messages you have to click the (...) symbol. Is there an option to change back to the old behavior and forward the whole E-Mail without minimize it.   Thanks a lot for your help BR Philipp

Add email to an existing Ticket (forwarding)

Hallo Freshworks Community,  at the moment it is configured as default. To add an existing email to an existing ticket we have to sent this email with the following characters [#TICKENUMBER] within the subject line to the FreshDesk. Is it possible to define own keywords to add the email to the ticket? BR Philipp
