Ticket Workflow

Good Day,  Trying to increase our engagement with our customers when the create a support ticket,  Just wondering what some of you do for this? Currently its Ticket Created → Agent Replies → Sets ticket to Waiting on customer and in 4 days if no response the ticket is closed.

Todo - not sending out email

All of a sudden my TODO reminders are no longer working out of Freshdesk.  I contacted Freshdesk support and they are saying it is not there issue as the error is on my side.  All other email from Freshdesk is sent and received via the same email set up.   This is the a screen shot of the error, and I am using, G Suite as my email provider.

Good Evening all, I have been a Zendesk user for years, and we are looking at moving to Freshdesk. Looking to see the good the bad the ugly of moving and what issues may have come up.

Good Afternoon, Maybe I am missing something but does Freshchat support MMS or SMS messaging?  If it does not what are you using to do so? Thanks
