Hi all, anyone to help me figure this out?

Have no issue at all creating tickets this way, but somehow, I’m unable to find what’s not working for a service request.

 

 

The item 162 is in service catalogue, activate and accessible for all. 

 

Any quick clue would help me a lot!

You have service-catalog it should be service_catalog
