We’re excited to share that we are rolling out a refreshed and improved Freshworks Support Portal experience on December 1. The portal that you use to raise, track, and manage support requests with the Freshworks team is becoming intuitive, simpler, and more aligned with the latest Freshworks design system.
This update applies only to the following Freshworks-owned support portals (support.freshworks.com, support.freshdesk.com, support.freshservice.com, support.freshchat.com, support.freshcaller.com, support.freshmarketer.com, support.freshsales.io)
Your customer-facing portals built using Freshdesk or other Freshworks products will not change. Everything you’ve already configured will continue working exactly as it does today!
Why We’re Making These Changes
The Support Portal has grown significantly as our customer and product ecosystem evolved. To keep pace, we’re updating both the experience and the foundation it’s built on. This refresh will help us:
- Deliver a modern, user-friendly experience for submitting requests, accessing information, and collaborating with Support.
- Create visual and functional consistency across all Freshworks touchpoints; from our website to product interfaces.
- Improve performance, accessibility, and overall navigation for a smoother experience.
- Lay the groundwork for future enhancements like smarter search, AI-assisted tracking, and contextual help.

- Updated design and layout
A cleaner, more modern interface built using the latest Freshworks design system — improved contrast, clearer organization, and a more intuitive structure.
- Faster navigation
The portal will load quicker, adapt beautifully across devices, and make it easier to switch between tickets, resources, and updates.

We’re aligning with accessibility best practices and optimizing for a smoother, more inclusive experience.
