Freshservice Intune Integration Errors

Hi there,

 

Currently using the Intune app for integrating Intune into FreshService. 

 

In preparation, I deleted all assets from the inventory and decided to start fresh.

 

In syncing, we have a number of phones to sync in Fresh, but unfortunately, 75% are failing the the error SerialNumber not unique. It doesnt make any sense, there is only 1 entry per serial in Intune.

 

Hopefully someone can help.

Worked it out - the issue was due to the devices still being in the “trash” asset list.
