Hi Team,

I have has no issues with the JIRA integration application with regards to syncing up Freshservice and JIRA. However I am now attempting to set up DevOps Tool → JIRA Connector, and this is where I am having issues.

Could you please assist on what is accepted and meant by host name when creating a new connection as I’ve been unsuccessful in all current attempts and I receive the below message.

 

The below documentation does not assist with the initial part of the process with regards to creating the connection - could someone please assist?

The "host name" in the context of setting up the DevOps Tool → JIRA Connector typically refers to the URL of your JIRA instance. Ensure you're entering the correct base URL of your JIRA site when creating the new connection to avoid issues.

@whitesmaverick - I have attempted this. I will double check the credential set-up to ensure this hasn't been overlooked as an issue. Will look to feedback again today. Thanks.

@whitesmaverick - unfortunately the same issues when re-attempting. I have ensured the issue is not sitting with the credentials as I have used the credential prior for the JIRA application integration (not the Devops connector)
