Hi Freshworks community,

We are synchronizing assets with the Intune app from Intune into Freshservice. This process works well for the most part. However, we have noticed that the ownership of mobile assets is not displayed in Freshservice.

When syncing from Intune, the app can filter by ownership, but we would like to transfer all mobile devices from Intune regardless of ownership and instead give our agents in Freshservice the ability to see at a glance whether a device is personal or business. This does not seem to be planned.

The corresponding data is provided by Intune via the API type managedDeviceOwnerType and is also available for mapping in the Freshservice Intune app. According to Microsoft's API documentation, the values 0, 1 and 2 are used to differentiate the owner type.

Now the question arises for me as to what options we have to make this information available to the agents in a readable form. Would it be possible, for example, to insert a drop-down field in the asset fields, map it and change 0,1,2 to texts such as Unknown, Business, Private? Or am I missing an obvious possibility?
