To allow users to select only past 15 days and current date and future dates on Date field . Please let me know how to execute this scenario in Fresh service or any apps available in market .

Hi @Praveen Kumar M s -- are you referring to setting a date range restriction on a custom or canned field on a form like a new ticket submission?

Or for an agent to be restricted to 15 days when setting a canned date field like Due Date?
