As at least two other threads have posted, we have users with multiple email addresses that differ from their UPN. However I can’t seem to find anything clear on how to exactly tell the SCIM provisioning system to pull that in to the additional email addresses field. There are two threads with references, but no actual answer that I can find. The ‘SCIM Enhancements’ thread jumps on to location. The ‘secondary email mapping’ thread says “Add the SMTP to the secondary email in the SCIM integration” - but HOW?
If I edit the Freshservice User Attributes list in azure, I can’t see what I should put for additional email address.
Perhaps I’m stupid, but as a newbie to this, I’m genuinely struggling
