Hi all, 

Our InfoSec team requests a Teams Integration Diagram to understand how the integration works with Freshservice. So far I’ve been unable to find anything on this. Anyone else have any ideas?

Same, i been looking for one, but i dont think it exists.
I do know that Freshservice communicates with Teams through a webhook or API.
Based on what i can see in the sandbox :

  • Components: Freshservice, Microsoft Teams, APIs, Webhooks, and Middleware.
  • Flow: Start from Freshservice → Trigger/Notification → Teams Channel → User Action → Freshservice (feedback loop).
