Hi,

I am unable to update the latest version of custom app to production environment.

No proper error is being displayed when I try to save the settings upon update. This same version has been deployed and tested successfully in sandbox.

Could you please provide the freshservice domain as yourcompanyname.freshservice.com completely and check if the issue persists?

Hi Rajgopal,

This is configured in that way so that for different environments (Sandbox/Prod) we pass only the domain name and not the entire URL.

The URL is configured at the Requests.json something like this:

This one still throws the error and issue persists.
