Hi

When using the Reclaim assets in the Offboarding process the asset name contains only the Display Name, which in our case is the serial number of the asset. Is there any way to add another field like what product type it is?

  • The asset Display Name (shown to the offboarding agent or admin) is usually only one field — typically the Display Name or Serial Number.

  • You cannot natively configure the reclaim screen to show extra fields like "Product Type", "Model", or "Asset Tag" without customization.
