Is it possible to customize the tickets view on Self Service Portal ?
I need to add specific views for Incidents et Service Request with specific filter.

You can use Business rules for forms to achieve the Customizations on Ticket forms:

By Tickets view I mean the following from requester portal :

But I don’t believe this is possible currently to add different filter views in Support Portal. Apologies for not being of much help here.
