We are trying freshservice but whenever we add/edit an asset and try to assign someone on the "Used by" field is never saved.
Is there anything we need to do in order to save this field?

Looks like the asset is assigned to Department: Operations. If a department is selected, only users who belong to the department can be assigned to the asset.
Is the user a member to the department? If not, you can add the user to the department by navigating to Admin-> Departments. Then you can add the user to the Asset.
If no department is selected, any user can be added to the asset.
