HelpDesk Theme is still a partner?

few month ago I bought Helpdesktheme but now site si offline...are they still partner?

As far as I know, HelpDesk Theme has never been a partner. You can see partners here: https://www.freshworks.com/company/partners/find-partners/

We use a theme from Breezy Themes (Freshworks partner), and we are happy with the quality and their after-sales support.

thank you. HelpdeskTheme replys me by email and fix my request after sales support.

I have the same problem. HelpdeskTheme’s website is down. Their domain has expired.

I sent them a few emails but no answer. Freshworks said that HelpdeskTheme wasn’t their partner, and they couldn’t help.
