Hello @ironman, the requesters that get pulled into the sandbox when it is created are in correlation to your workflow automators. So for example if you have a workflow that needs “Department Heads”, any requester that would be indicated as such would be brought into the sandbox to satisfy the need of that workflow if it was to be triggered.
The email notification you are specifying, I imagine, is the one a requester receives when a change has been made to their profile. This is a system generated email and there is no way to toggle it off. I have raised this as an issue and feature request many times to no avail. A solution we came up with was to block the emails from hitting requester inboxes, and that seems to work for us for now.
