For an Agent, we have given needed permissions, but still agent not able to see the data in the shared report. It shows “No data”

I know this is an old post, but with zero replies…
What type of data are they trying to view? If the data pertains to information sensitive to a requester, you will have to grant the agent an admin role. It seems silly since all agents in our environment can see requester information already, it was not enough for the reports.
I created an Admin role with only the below permission selected, then added this role to the users who needed it; this fixed the “no data” error.
