I need to edit this particular view to add more fields or edit the current ones. Is it possible?

yes you can there should be a table button on the right of the table headers called edit columns
here is a screenshot, you can sue that to change the preferred fields per-user

In some cases, you might be able to add new columns or edit existing ones directly, while in others, you might need to upgrade your plan or create a custom board view.
