Onboarding/Offboarding Link removal from Home Support URL page
Hello Fresh Community,
I submitted a request to FS support for guidance on removing the menu links for “Onboarding requests” & “Offboarding requests” from FS home URL page. These links are towards the bottom of the page next to “Open Tickets”. I was told by FS support they do not support the removal of these menu links and that I would require to hire a service implementation partner to assist. In my opinion, going through lengthy discussions and paperwork with a third-party vendor was not on my mind to simply remove/hide these links from my org’s user base.
Does anyone know how I can get remove these links?

Hi.
I’ve been there too, hehe.
But, such links should only be shown to the requesters that are part of your Onboarding / Offboarding, that is, such links should not be shown to all your requesters.
I have just checked on my instance and, they are indeed shown only to my HR members who trigger Onboarding / offboarding requests.
Regards,
@Christos.Spiropoulos they do not show if the requestor does not have permissions to see them. To test this yourself, go into the contact record for a requestor without permission and. “assume identity” to view the portal as the user.
FW support has gone down hill since the introduction of premium support.
Thank you both!
Thanks for sharing this, @eeha0120 — that clarification helps a lot. I was facing a similar issue where the Onboarding/Offboarding links were visible to general users, and it caused some confusion. Limiting visibility to HR roles or specific requesters definitely keeps the portal cleaner and more user-friendly.
Also, for teams managing internal systems or portals, ensuring proper access control and clean UI elements (like removing unused links) is just as important as maintaining your tech infrastructure — the same principle applies when optimizing business sites like Texas Windows for clear navigation and user flow.
