Shouldn’t this be the go to place for “What’s New” information in Freshservice??? More or less nothing has been posted here regarding product updates etc for 6 months and lots of new functionality has been released during this time period. SaaS Management, Orchestration Center, Alert Management to just name a few...

The Product Updates Section within this community would be the go-to place to know about any of the Freshworks Product updates. You can make use of the product filters as per your requirement and we’ll be updating the older update notes also within this community in the next few weeks.

Wanted to keep you posted about the progress :)
