Find, vote on and share ideas for Freshworks products. Here is how it works and what happens next.
Every idea has a status. It shows where the idea is today.
Not every idea makes it to the end. Some stay open for votes as Future consideration. Others are Closed.
You get an email each time the status of an idea you posted, voted on or subscribed to changes.
No. Planned means the idea is on the roadmap. Timing can change as priorities change. We update the status when work starts and when the idea ships.
Six questions most people ask before they post.
An idea is a request for a feature or improvement that is not in the product today.
Something broken? That is a bug. Please contact Support so they can help you.
Yes. If a similar idea exists, vote and comment on it instead of adding a new one. Duplicate ideas split the votes, so no single idea shows how many people want it.
You get an email when the status of your idea changes. To follow an idea you did not post, subscribe to it.
An idea can be closed for one of these reasons:
Closed ideas stay searchable, so you can still read the comments.
The quickest way to make an impact is to back an idea that already exists.
Open the idea and select the vote button. Voting shows us which ideas matter to you. You need to be signed in to vote.
Open the idea and add your comment. The most useful comments say:
"I agree" helps less than a short example from your own work.
Select Subscribe on the idea. You get an email when the status changes or when someone replies.
Submit a new one. Use a clear title and describe the problem, not only the solution. Then we can see what you need, even if there is more than one way to solve it.

Hi everyoneWe have a request from our end users that they would like a dashboard showing system status of applications they use.Do any of you guys have ideas of implementing this into the portal to show this with a simple way to modify it in the event of a major incident?ThanksSam
Hi, I need help. When my users are creating new ticket they are receiving this message (attached image).Somebody can help me please? Thanks in advance.-Sidnei
Currently, you can link to a related task from the Test Case view. It would be useful if you could also add test cases from the task view in the same section where you can view results.
The bigger pane which is displayed when a test case folder is clicked is ambiguous. For example see below where GBL-P2P has a sub section called "Supplier Management" which has few test cases. But when you view GBL-P2P it gives an impression that there are not further subsection or test cases under itSupplier management folder:
I have been trying to cancel for more than a month. I have sent emails, been bounced around, etc. and subsequently re-billed. I need a refund processed and my account canceled immediately.
Had an issue the other day in which an internal employee did something ahh lets say, questionable. :)It would be nice to track security incidents and have the ability to add a problem note or ticket to a security incident.I was thinking to follow the same type of flow with a "RELEASE'.Would be helpful to have a autogenerating incident number to a new item.
We need the % of surveys submitted versus total # of surveys sent in the desired reporting period. Why? Because if we're getting lower than average/acceptable response rates, we need to run an incentive campaign to encourage (bribe) end users to fill out surveys.
Dear Team,It is impossible to create ticket from the customer portal.Users are returned a 403 error.Could you help?
