I’m really excited to announce the next Product Review Webinar - “Understanding the Bot Game” hosted by our CX Subject Matter Expert (SME) @ShubhamShrivastava on Wednesday, October 18 at 3:00 p.m. IST. In this session, you'll discover the latest AI advancements in Freshdesk and the Customer Service Suite, empowering you with cutting-edge Next Gen AI features.

But first, I’d love to introduce Shubham and share a little more about him here!

Customer Success Specialist
Freshworks​​​​​

Shubham is a Customer Success Specialist with over 3 years of experience at Freshworks, where he has worked with both the US-East Customer Success team (Mid-Tier) and the India - Top Tier (Grow) Customer Success team. He possesses a deep knowledge of CX-Persona products and is primarily focused on improving People, Products, and Processes. Prior to Freshworks, he worked for two EdTech companies, the Indian Air Force, and HAL (Helicopter & Tejas division).

When not at work, Shubham enjoys taking on challenges and has a passion for adventure sports. He recently accomplished his first Triathlon (Swim-Cycle-Run) in collaboration with the Indian Navy. Despite being hydrophobic, he is also a certified scuba diver 🌊.!!

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t be able to make it to be session. But I do have a question…It would be great if you can address it during the session.

We send a lot of canned responses, however, in some cases I need to expand the context of the query and resolution that we provide. How do I do that?

@Kamakshi V Was this event recorded and if so, may I please get a copy? I was looking forward to attending, but noticed yesterday morning that it was scheduled for 2:30a-3:30a PST. I attempted to stay awake to attend, but it didn’t happen.
