Why outgoing emails are blocked for my account ?

I recently created an account to use the Freshdesk Support Desk. And I have this weird message:


“Outgoing emails are blocked for your account. Please contact our support team at support@freshdesk.com”

Oi Julio.

Tudo bem?

It could be an error, having flagged your account as Spam (please check this thread Customers do not receive answer sent by agents from freshdesk | Freshworks Community ).

 

You should proceed as suggested: Write to support to that email account.

You may also chat with someone from support:

Support : Freshdesk

 

In either way or scenario, they should be able to unblock your account.

In all, the suggestion is to contact Support. Here is more like a Community Forum.
