FreshSales Meetings tracking Complete vs Rescheduled

Hi Community…


I am setting up my team in FreshSales and have run into an issue, I use Oncehub which automatically creates a meeting so that part is wonderful!

The issue is when someone reschedules the meeting disappears that day and moves to the new day. granted that is exactly what I want but how can I track the daily report of what was completed vs what was rescheduled…


Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Keith, 


When a meeting is re-scheduled, you need to update the existing event’s in Freshsales with the outcome as rescheduled and create a new appointment. 



Once you do this, you will be able to pull a report on the different outcomes of a meeting (rescheduled vs interested vs not interested). You can customise the outcomes based on your requirement too.
