Slow support responses & delayed rollouts by Freshdesk - is this typical?

Hi Alessio,I would also like to request you to see https://support.freshdesk.com/categories/2/forums/5/topics/296This gives you a log of everything that we have released over the last year and a half. (We've been really working hard, trust me:))Also one of the things that we realized was - in our Feature Request forums we had only three labels - Planned, Implemented and Not Taken. So most of the feature requests had to be moved into Planned as we did not have any other meaningful place to put it. One of the things we have done now is we have added more labels - Planned, In-Progress, Deferred, Implemented and Not Taken. So now we have a way to tell you what we are working on (In-Progress) and what has been postponed (Deferred). Atleast this will help us manage expectations better. As a fast growing startup, we are experiencing typical growth pains and we always wish we had more resources to move even faster.Thanks for your understanding and Support!Girish MathruboothamCEO - Freshde

Hi AndriIn the Sprout and Blossom plans you can customize all the colors and fonts.Full CSS Customization is allowed on the Garden and Estate plan.Advanced Layout customization and individual page by page customization is available on the Estate plan. Hope this is clear.

Don't Support Freshdesk As They Facilitate Criminals

We are thankful that you are bringing this to our notice and we love our customers who care about us)In this case mymodafinil is also a paying customer and we have to ensure that we have ascertained the facts before we conclude whether they are guilty or not. We have also made an attempt to contact them to see if they have a response to this. I want you to understand that we are a technology platform like Salesforce or Google and we do not know what our customers are using the platform for. However if we know that someone is using freshdesk for illegal activities we will immediately suspend the account as it is a violation of our terms of service. I request you

Freshdesk Security Issue: What are they hiding?

Let me tell you upfront that as the CEO of Freshdesk, we do not hide anything from customers. We are not that kind of a company.As you know, we were recently made aware of a security vulnerability in our earlier SSO implementation, that had the potential to impact a small segment of our customers. I can assure you that from the moment we became aware of this vulnerability we have done everything we can to resolve the issue and make our systems more secure. Our immediate action was to shut down that point of access to Freshdesk to protect customer data. The vulnerability was with our simple SSO implementation.The fix we implemented did require our customers make changes on their end to comply with the new SSO implementation. I know this caused disruptions in their businesses, and for this I am truly sorry. Hello Seriously Security, When dealing with security vulnerabilities, software companies need to carefully measure the risk of publicly discussing details that could put customer data at risk, against the impact of any remediation actions on customers’ businesses. I want to assure you that all the steps we took in terms of our communications in regard to this incident were done sincerely with that balance in mind. That said, I believe in being transparent with our customers which is why we shared the details of the incident now that it has been addressed.
