Freshplug to display customer orders in WooCommerce store

Apologies for the delay, Kim.Freshplugs currently do not support OAuth type authentication so any application that uses this type of authentication cannot be implemented as a plug. Now, even though the document for woocommerce states that they support Basic Authentication, any postman call or rest call I try shows the error that the oauth key is missing. I am checking if there are any other alternatives.

How to add ticket list to customer portal home?

Hi Kim, Not sure on why the issue is. I do realise that Woocommerce's API has been bumped up to v3 however their documentation states that Basic Authentication is supported so it must be some configuration setting that we are missing. I am not entirely sure on how to fix this, however on searching I did find the link below.http://stackoverflow.com/questions/21909164/restful-api-woocommerce-rest-api-requests-failing-with-curlPlease let me know if it helps.

Penny, On checking this now with our Dev Team, they have clarified that the footer is modified to display the helpdesk name along with "powered with Freshdesk". Hence this should be of help for your use case,

Is there a way to turn off "Support powered by Freshdesk"

Hey Penny,The email footer is automatically inserted to all the emails sent from Freshdesk since you have have subscribed to the free plan. Now if you want to remove or disable this, you will have to upgrade to the blossom plan or higher.But if you are referring to the term "support" being added twice, I can check this with my team if the footer can be edited to just "powered by Freshdesk".

Can't modify "Notify Agents" email template (when private comments added)

Kieth,Freshdesk currently does not allow you to modify the notify agent template, however I do agree that this would be really useful in quite a few scenarios.I will notify my Product Management team and keep you update here.

When remote authentication api is enabled (SSO), edit profile shouldn't display change password.

We had recently updated this functionality where in if a user or an agent logs in to the helpdesk portal via SSO, then the password options are disabled from the Profile Settings, irrespective of the plan.

Can't disable "Ticket Reopened" Notifications

Mark, The "Ticket Re-Opened" Email is triggered by a default observer rule in your helpdesk. This can be disabled by going to Admin--> Observer and editing the default rule " Automatically reopen tickets when the customer responds".

How to get rid of Freshdesk from my gmail account?

Hi,Apologies for the trouble caused here.The widget you guys are referring to is the Freshdesk's Gmail Gadget which allows users to easily create tickets on Freshdesk from their mailbox.However we have revoked this feature in the new Google Apps Market Place Integration. So please do try removing the old Freshdesk Marketplace App and installing the new one.FYI our team also has plans to bring the Gmail Gadget as a Standalone app in the future updates.

Creating a ticket from a forwarded email?

Hi Will,Yes, once you add your personal email into Freshdesk as an Occasional Agent, you will be able to forward emails from your personal email inbox to your Freshdesk support email so that the ticket is created on behalf of the original sender.Please give this a try and get back to us.

Creating a ticket from a forwarded email?

Hi Will,Freshdesk currently checks for the forwarding header of the email and if the email is forwarded from an Agent Mailbox, we will drill one level down till we find an email address of the original requester(if available) and create the ticket on behalf of person who sent you the email.Now the easiest way for you to achieve this from your personal email would be add the email  in your helpdesk as an Occasional Agent from Admin--> Agents so that Freshdesk will automatically create the ticket on behalf of the original requester.
