Mission 1: Automate with Freshdesk | Challenge

We’re using the Data Layer for the chat-bot so that we know the customer’s name and what they are doing when they start a chat. It saves time having to ask for their details and it helps us focus on helping customers rather than having to get them to tell us.It was very easy to implement - our app publishes a set of data that we want then we use Google Tag Manager to pass the data between the app and the chatbot.It’s also a great experience for customers becuuse we can address them by name as soon as they contact us.
