onTicketUpdate - v1 - Backend Application

Do backend apps in v1 work for anyone? This is the second time where I've created a backend application which works well while local testing. However, when packed and sent to the development portal, it no longer works.  This time, the "onTicketUpdate" callback is not working - when a status is changed the application does not get triggered. Just wondering if this is happening for anyone else.

Email Notification - MINT

Anyone else having issues with getting e-mail notifications? We have not been getting any of the e-mail notifications (in outlook, ie: when a client responds, etc...).My notifications are on and were working until Friday. No changes have been made on the portal on our side. We also cannot even get access to the "email_notifications" templates on the portal:https://[URL OMMITED]com/a/admin/email_notifications

SMI Backend Apps

Data Storage Help (Bug?)

Hello,  I store (set) my information in the backend. Then at the click of the button, I'd like to retrieve (get) my stored information in the frontend (app.js). It seems in order to retrieve (get) the data information while using the storage (db) feature, a refresh must be made in the browser the first time.  I get the following error the first time: Failed Status: 404 Failed Message: Record not found Once I refresh - I am able to retrieve the information.  This has to be done for every ticket.  Has someone ever seen this before? Is there a workaround for this?  Thank you.

Chat History / Live View

In the older version of FD, we were able to see all the live agents available on the chat and view archived chats.How do we get this dashboard on MINT? Doesn't seem to be a custom dashboard. This is trivial for us. Was anyone else able to figure it out?

Backend Custom App Information

I've created a backend application - I retrieve the information inside server.js (information displays in the console.log). My question is how do I pass this information to app.js and display it to the UI (basically, how do I send information from server.js to app.js)?  I did not see any sample that demonstrates this.  Any help would be appreciated!
