Able to copy the value from other ticket property to a new field

Hello,Im looking for a solution to copy a part of the value from a ticket property to another ticket property to overcome the huge data correction activities. I know this can be done through API's but we would like to do it through available automation like dispatcher / observer.For example, i populate a group field, then i want to pick the last updated time of the ticket and populate it as a tag to arrive at some metrics, any ideas on this?RegardsSatya

Create time entry automatically when status changes

Hello,We have a requirement to track the actual time spent on the ticket and not the total time spent on the ticket, any thoughts if we can have the ability to add a time entry dynamically when the status is getting changed.?For example when status changes from Open to pending and Pending to Open, i would like to track the time when the ticket is is pending status using time entries and stop it when it changes to open so that i can deduct this time from the actual resolution time.RegardsSatya

How can i retrieve the number of user votes against a post through api

We have a requirement to count the # of likes user comments being received to measure how much active a comment is and say which user comment is actively looked at. I was able to retrieve the comments information but can't get the # of user votes through API. In Admin UI i can notice that number of up votes and who has upvoted is using the information /discussions/topics/xxxxx/users_voted Any idea how i can get this through API v2 calls?
