When my costumer tries to submit a new ticket, he gets the error:

We are sorry. You have been restricted from accessing this helpdesk page.

Can you help me to solve this problem?

Hello @ouafae kandoussi, thanks for reaching out to us today. It looks like the spam score had spiked for your account because of which you were facing the issue. We’ve reset the score and everything should work fine. 

Can you create a test ticket to check this and let us know if you are still facing the issue?
