We recently noticed that when our users submit tickets via the Support portal, they are now getting pop-up Freshservice advertisements like the one below. According to Freshservice support there’s no way to disable the ads. Does anyone else find targeting users with ads inappropriate?

As a planned product learning campaign, we had set up a pop-up banner this quarter and showcased it inside your instance.
This post was intended only for the admins. In this case, there's a chance this user who saw this pop-up in the support portal is also a Freshservice admin, and hence could’ve seen this post on logging in.
I hope this helps, and we'd continue to ensure that only relevant messages come your way.
Okay, thanks for the clarification Sahana. I’m fine with our agents seeing this, I had thought these ads were appearing for the requestors too.
