Is it possible to disable having somone upload an attachment to a ticket.

Greetings from Freshworks community.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a built-in feature to disable the attachment option for creating tickets. Nevertheless, if you have subscribed to our Pro or higher plan, you can take advantage of our customization options to hide this feature from your portal. Please note that this customization will only apply to tickets created directly on the portal. If a ticket is created via email, the attachment option will still be available.

Hi Heads up you can no longer delete an account with Fresh Desk.
We have been at this for days attempting to delete are account with
Fresh Desk .Fresh Desk has put out a hybrid version that does not
allow a person to delete ones account. It now must be done from the
back end. We are going to a custom addition we need specific things
that are not available. It is great software go with the Pro Version has 
a lot more to offer. Best of luck to everyone.
