Josh, Please follow the below steps to display pop up widget at bottom right:1. In Admin > Feedback Widget, set position to bottom2. Copy the pop up widget code and paste it in your website3. Change offset to "80%" and publish

Josh,We tried this from our end and the button size did not change in mobile view. Your website's css might be written in a way to shrink the size of the button as well. Try adding the following piece of code to your css :[You can change the height px value] a.freshwidget-customimage img{ height: 70px;}

SLA business hours

Hi Tor L,I apologise for the delayed response.Multiple Business Hours and SLAs can be configured from Garden Plan onwards under Admin Tab.1) Admin > Business Hours > New Business Hour  (say Gold) - Define the working days and hours2) Admin > Groups  - select the group (Gold support) for which you want to apply the newly created Business Hour(Gold). Add this in the Business Hour Drop down3) Admin > SLA Policies > New SLA Policy - Set SLA time for various priorities AND under "Apply this to" , select Group and choose the Gold Support group. The SLA will be automatically applied whenever a ticket to assigned to that group (Gold support). Send us a reply if you need further assistance. We'd be happy to help you set up the new configuration.

how to hide command "simon says" freshdesk

Hi Antonio,Email commands are detected only when Agents reply to email notification from their email. The line @Simonsays@ "priority":"high" @Simonsays@ will be automatically applied and removed from the rest of the content in Freshdesk. Premoderation of all interactions with customer

Andres,I can suggest a different approach to pre-moderate all replies.1) As soon as the ticket comes in, assign it to Group - SupportTeam.2) SupportTeam members will add private notes to the tickets and then reassign it to Moderator Group. 3) Agents in Moderators group will then review the private note and send it to the customerReply option can be restricted for these SupportTeam agents from the UI using a custom role or freshplug.This approach eliminates the need for duplicate tickets. Let me know if this workaround helped. We'll be happy to provide you with a different solution in case this doesn't work for you.
