Different templates for ticket page and contact page

There is work in progress to pass context to the app. The context will help identify the location and page the app renders.  Workaround until it is ready is to use url parameters eg., template.html?page=ticket Get the argument choose the display.

Oauth - Template variable not defined

The substitution of access_token happens in the server side. We dont let the app read the access_token directly until it is local testing.

Impossible to local test Request API or third party libraries in assets in latest Google Chrome

Hi Willem, My version of chrome is 57.0.2987.133 (64-bit). Can you check with HTTP status and response you get from dprouter (in chrome network tab), did you also try accessing  URL https://sta-q.synaq.com/public-api/v1/configs/freshdeskHello.json from your browser. Thanks Mahesh

HI Willem, The GIF is not clear, I was able to see only mouse pointers. Local testing of your app was able to pull data from your internal server Please refer the attached screen and correct if I am missing something.  Thanks Mahesh

How can i get company custom field on ticket page

Hi Alexandre, >I have a custom company field with the monthly hours contracted.  >I want to show it on the ticket page. It is a number field. After this i want to make a calc with this number. You can do this using a app, which makes API call to freshdesk for the company custom field. >Also i want to get all the time entries from the requester company on the current month. I want to use Freshdesk API for this, it is possible, and put it on a variable (used_hours) can you give me an example? Hi Alex, You can ignore the "oauth not defined" message, it is a warning and the code will proceed with no impact. Not sure on 400 Bad request, can you please share the get() portion of the code? Thanks Mahesh
