Create note / ticket with json file attachment

Hi all,I try to create a note to an existing ticket with an attachment without success.I try with the API example without issue : curl -v -u APIKEY:X -F "attachments[]=@test.jpeg" -F "attachments[]=@test1.jpeg" -F "body=this is a sample ticket" -X POST 'https://DOMAIN.freshdesk.com/api/v2/tickets/40/notes'But i want to try to add an attachment with Json, like :curl -v -u APIKEY:X -H "Content-Type: application/json" -d '{"attachments" : {"0":"test.jpeg"}, "body": "this is a sample ticket"}' -X POST 'https://DOMAIN.freshdesk.com/api/v2/tickets/40/notes'Result : {"message":"We're sorry, but something went wrong."}It's possible ?Thank you in advance.Regards,Hugo

Create a reply for the customer

Hi,I try to create a reply for a customer with the API :https://DOMAIN.freshdesk.com/api/v2/tickets/TICKETID/replyAnd like params :array (size=2) 'body' => string 'TEST' 'from_email' => string 'email@email.fr'But the API response is :object(stdClass)[29] public 'description' => string 'Validation failed' (length=17) public 'errors' => array (size=1) 0 => object(stdClass)[24] public 'field' => string 'from_email' (length=10) public 'message' => string 'There is no active email_config matching the given from_email' (length=61) public 'code' => string 'invalid_value' (length=13) I have this error with all the emails that I tested :- Customer email- Agent email- Administrator emailWould you have a solution?Regards,Hugo

Get the type of fields from the API

 Hi all,I retrieved all the ticket fields thanks to the following call :"/api/v2/ticket_fields"but we don't get the type of each field.When creating a new ticket by passing these fields, we get the following error message:"Value set is of type String.It should be a/an Integer"Can we retrieve this information ?Regards,Hugo
