MS Intune not synchronize warranty dates in the assets

Dear Community,I am trying to synchronize Intune with Freshservice. Sync went well and all assets are visible but I can not get the warranty dates sync into the asset. To make it happen we have to match during Intune assets import, the field "manufacturer". But it stays empty during sync. If Manufacturer is empty, the DELL module cannot do the match and then capture warranty date.I am using Intune App on the market place  Any advice?Thanks,Sara

Portal customization: Title color, card color, card title color

Dear community,I am trying to customize the end user portal. I would like to have:Title of the portal which is in white → change to black color Title of the cards which are in white → change to black color Cards backgound color which are in white → change to light blue color (#0083BE)What is the code I need to change those and where I need to place it?Thanks

Freshdesk Delete contact with trigger webhook

Hi community,I am trying to delete a contact by using a wehbook automation in Freshdesk. When I know the ID of the contact, the webhook is working, example: /api/v2/contacts/123456, but I don’t know how to generalize for any contact ID. There is no contact ID on the placeholder list of Contactsand I have tried with /api/v2/contacts/{{id}} and /api/v2/contacts/[id]Neither of them delete the contact. What is the correct placeholder for the ID of the contact?Thank you

Delete close ticket based on creation date

I am currently working on the creation of a custom app which has a feature to delete single tickets after a certain time, since ticket was created, and only for close tickets. I want somehow to include the following automation that I have in place into the custom app,Now I are facing the issue that in the API documentation we only can filter tickets based on creation date, but we don’t know when the ticket was created so we can not setup a date to start checking and comparing. We want to have something similar as the automation. Which API request should we use?

Condition to limit the sign up only to specific country via Chatbot

Dear community,I am creating a chatbot that allows customers to sign up in the website. The chatbot is asking for email and phone number. I want to limit to only Belgium numbers, which starts with +32 with the country code. How can I add a condition that if the requester enters a non Belgium number it follow to a conversation that he can not register and if it is Belgium number then it allows the registration. I have tried using the function Contains  and then the condition: When I test it, the bot says True if I start with +32 but it redirects always to dialog 7.1. If I enter non Belgium code, it says false and correctly redirect to 7.1. I don’t know how to make to go to dialog 3.1 and also to hide the true/false answer, Is there maybe another way more simple to do what I am trying? Thanks!
