Parse info from a ticket for workflow?

Good morning all!We are working on an offboarding module/workflow and need a little help.Does anyone know if it’s possible to parse data from a ticket in order to use it as a value in a workflow?For instance, in the below example our departure notices are always formatted the same. Primarily we are looking on figuring out how to extract the “employee email address field” and then use that later on in the workflow for Azure/AD tasks. I found a great resource earlier, but unfortunately couldn’t replicate that on my end too well (liquid filter to extract information from an email body into fields | Freshworks Community). Has anyone had experience or luck with this? Please perform necessary actions in regard of the following employee departure.Employee email address: Person.mcperson@ccompany.com Termination date: 08/19/2022 Last day working: 08/19/2022 Job title: Administrative Assistant Department: Accounting Work location: 123b Immediate Departure: No Forward email t

Starting out with AD, question on correctly using flows.

We just added the AD module and are trying to get it working on some smaller workflows to get out feet under us before we move to some bigger ones.Using the template shown for seeing if a user is locked out, i can’t seem to get the workflow to function correctly. The flow is Ticket is raised → Ticket is assigned to a specific category → Check AD account for lockout. We create the test ticket and don't see any notes or activation of the app in the activities bar.We are using {{ticket.requester.firstname}}.{{ticket.requester.lastname}} for the payload as it does seem to pull up a success in testing.What am I missing here? I appreciate any insight or help!

User Creation Failing?

Good afternoon all!We are trying to tie our on-prem AD with Fresh Service for employee onboarding. Unfortunately I can’t seem to get around an access is denied error. I think it’s coming from the fact it’s trying to place the new user in the user OU, and not where we normally have it, but not 100% sure if that’s the issue. For testing, I want it to go to company.com->Company Users → Information Technology Bucket. I am relatively new to PowerShell, so tried adding “OU=CompanyUsers,OU=Informationtechnology,DC=Company,DC=com” to profile path to change where it’s sending it to, but still no luck. What can I do to improve?Thanks for any insight or knowledge!
