Will the new slack collaboration have an option to push all thread updates back to a ticket as a private note in the same way as shown in the video via teams?

 

this was added as part of the August 23 release notes

Hello @Andrew,

I’m looking for the same information, were you able to do it for Slack (push all thread updates back to a ticket)?
I don’t see any option to do so atm.

Hello @shant592, currently the functionality hasn’t even been released for MS Teams. It was shown as “soon-to-be” available functionality for MS Teams when they released the collaborate features and Major Incident Management. However, we are currently waiting for this feature. My understanding is it will be released for Teams prior to being available for Slack. Fingers crossed, it won’t be much longer.
