Love it Hi mine would be similar Empathy for everyone - As it has been said this is not just about respecting everyones views and having everyone feel that they are part of the team and socail acivities at Christmas. We also need to think about those people that may be having a hard time, for whatever personal reason they may have. If someone is sitting away from everything and not participating, there could be a very valid reason. So go over and see if they are just nervous and actually want to join in, and if not, let them be, no derogatory comments when you get back to the group etc. Right to work where they want - We have allowed our workforce to go back and work from the office, the office is Covid Friendly (ie social distancing, hand gel and wipes stationed around and we have removed equipment so that on banks of desks you do not have 2 people sitting beside each other. Booking system for the desks that we have in use. Following government guidelines, but also looking aft

Security Flaw: Forgot Password Mechanism Can Circumvent Verification

Hello everyone, Firstly, we apologise for the delay in getting this issue fixed. We understand that this should have been sorted out way back and being long pending for about 2 years is definitely not a good thing. We recently rolled out the Password Policy enforcement and with that we are getting all other breakages and security glitches fixed as well. So yes, we have the best hands working on super high priority to fix this issue as quickly as possible. We're positive that we will be rolling out the changes within 2 weeks from today. Placeholders for contact and company custom fields : Customer and Company related details can now be added in email notifications and reply templates. For example, if custom fields have been configured for Company's plan, Customer's Id or region, these can be inserted into ticket assigned or SLA violation email to highlight the importance of the customer.

Social Updates Character Limit in DM : As per Twitter's changes, character limit for DMs while replying to a Twitter ticket has been increased to 10k characters from 140. Updates to the Phone Channel Phone numbers in 4 new countries : Dominican Republic, Malta, Peru, El Salvador. For complete list of countries, please refer to the link - List of countries where Local Numbers are available for purchase. Enhancement to the Dialer : We have included Search capabilities within the dialer which would allow you to search for the following contact fields - "Name, Work Phone#, Mobile# and Phone Custom field". Now, if you remember the name of the user you would like to call, you can search by their name and make a call. You can search for the contacts and call them directly from the dial pad itself instead of going to the Customers tab to look up the details.

Scott,Right now, the Feedback widget form is universal and would reflect the ticket fields you've created under Admin>>Ticket Fields. This cannot be customised for each product portal you create. But you can always make use of the New Ticket form which can be customised using Portal Customisation feature.Let me know if you have more questions around this, Scott.Anna

Difference between Resolved and Closed?

Hey Terry, In reporting, we calculate "Resolved" and "Closed" in similar manner and we account this under "Tickets Resolved" count. Let me know if you have more questions on this. Will be glad to clear them up!Anna

Freshchat adds a note to an existing ticket when not desired

Hey Justin,If the same user comes back within "Five minutes" of ending the initial chat conversation, then the subsequent chat conversation would be added as a note within the first ticket. But, post this time limit, it would be creating a new ticket. Please do let us know if you're still facing issues on this one. Anna
