impossible to add facebook and instagram channel

yeah i was facing same issue on my side.. but after watching this video support.freshchat.com/en/support/solutions/articles/239221-freshchat-facebook-integration i have fixed my issue.. freshworks support is really great. thank you so much guys.

Why Freshdesk doesnt support DM's instagram integration as other competitors already does?

i am also looking answer for this question, maybe freshdesk team will do something about this.integrating instagram support is really important to help business.thank you so much.
