Create ticket with custom fields

i am using freshdesk API with PHP to create ticket with custom_fields but i am getting error{"description":"Validation failed","errors":[{"field":"deviceid","message":"Unexpected/invalid field in request","code":"invalid_field"}]}below is the code $custom_fields = array("deviceid" => 374029384092); $ticket_data = json_encode(array( 'description' => 'testing with custom.......', 'subject' => 'custom fiels here....', 'email' => 'sora@yopmail.com', 'priority' => 3, 'status' => 2, 'source' => 3, 'custom_fields' => $custom_fields ));

Contact Login

Hi Guys,I am trying to view all tickets of a contact and trying to login as a contact with email and password using API list but what i am getting is Response are {"code":"invalid_credentials","message":"You have to be logged in to perform this action."}what i am doing that i am calling the function to view all tickets and for authentication i am passing email & password to the curl even though my credentials are right, am i doing something wrong?

Invalid user error

hi, i am trying to reply on a ticket through the API and suddenly i am getting error that  {"code":"invalid_user","message":"You are not authorized to perform this action on behalf of this user. id:43004366839, name:Sora"} although this is user is an activated user of freshdesk, please need assistance on that

Observer is not found

i am trying to set a rule for web hook observer but i cant find Observer in the Admin > Helpdesk Productivity > Observer. section, Right now i have the trail account for the integration, Please guide me how can i set the rules for web hook integration

Password fields when creating user.

I was wondering while creating contact through the API there is no password param. What if contact is signing up through an API with fresh desk API?Thanks in advance.

Fetch coversation without limit

It seems that API to fetch the ticket conversation will return the first 30 conversation, I need all the conversation without setting the page number in the API url, is there any way to get all the conversation

Hi Team,I am developing an app with react-native and fresh desk API, I want to ask if there is any way to get a notification on the app(mobile) from Fresh desk so the user may know that his/her ticket is replied by the agent

Fresh chat link with fresh desk

I have linked my fresh desk account with fresh chat , but when i am trying to login to the fresh chat with same email and password i am getting an error You are not authorized to access this Freshchat account.Is there any thing i am doing wrong?

Contact redirection after activation email

Hi Guys.I just created a contact but there was no activation email sent to contact's email, until i sent it manually.After activation the contact redirected to admin. Am i doing something wrong?
