Data Retention

Hello community, I would normally go to the support team for this but seeing how they are a bit delayed at the moment (hoping everyone is ok), I thought I would reach out here to see if anyone has posed this question before. Does anyone happen to know how long data resides on the FS servers once something has been deleted? I know it says once we delete a ticket and remove it from trash, it is unrecoverable. However, I am curious how long it takes to actually remove it from the AWS server. Thanks in advance for any insight anyone can provide!Zach

Project Management Licenses

Hello FS community! Does anyone know how often you can assign/reassign the project management licenses? Is there a limit? I think we would like to get a few, but would need to reassign as new projects arise.  Thanks in advance!Zach

Asset Discovery Agent - IPAD

Hello there,This may seem like a very basic question but does anyone know if we can push the discovery agents to ipads? The notes on the agent says it will deploy to laptops and desktops but curious if that included Ipads. thank you!Zach***EDIT***To add, I am curious if anyone has had success pushing the agent via mosyle?

Discovering Cisco IP Phones

Please correct me if I am wrong but is there any way to discover Cisco IP Phones to record them as an asset? I am seeing that the probe does not list them as discoverable. Has anyone had any luck with any other work around or any way to get them into inventory rather than a manual import? Thank you in advance!

Project Time tracking by agent

Does anyone know how to create a project time tracking (sum) by agent by day?I have made one that I thought would work but the “Date Range Dimension” skews the data. I have some tasks that may be not be closed yet, but I still need to see the current time tracked against them (preferably without exporting a spreadsheet). If I set this as created date, it will only track time for the date that it was created, even if I track time against it at a later date.  I just want to be able to see in a chart how much time is tracked per day, per agent within a particular project.Thank you for y’alls time!
