Hello, I have updated the company field on some of our customer / contacts but this doesn't appear to have updated on the tickets they had already submitted. - It just shows an exclamation and then a message to say 'This company is no longer associated with this contact' Is there a way this can be updated?

Hi, Im having trouble setting up the Jira Integration, Im 100% sure that username and password are correct, i've logged out of Jira and logged back in using the same credentials im trying to use here, but when i try to enable the integration i keep getting "Login Failed" Do i have to change any config on Jira?, Any ideas? Say a customer responds to a very old ticket, but this time they CC some colleagues. As an agent, I want to split the ticket at the point of the new message, and I expect the CC recipients from the new message to carry over to the new, split ticket. As of now this does not happen, and the split ticket has no CC recipients associated with it. Also, as others have pointed out, I would expect for any other replies below the message that I split to carry over into the split ticket. As of now, only the single message you 'split' goes into a new ticket. Other replies below that message remain in the original ticket.

I've this problem: When I redirect my old mails from Apple Mail, I got the tickets in freshdesk from this mail history. But the timestamp is from now and not from the original mail. How can I solve this? Or how can I import old emails(not from gmail) in to freshdesk? Thanks a lot! Michael

Question regarding 'Login to the support portal': One of our customers clicked on the Link 'Forgot your password?' and tried to reset the password by entering her email address. After clicking the button 'Reset my password' the following message shows up 'You are not authorised to access this portal. Kindly contact your helpdesk administrator.' Why can't she reset the password?

Dear support-team, I would like to start a knowledge base in German language and the only thing that seems to be not translated are the form field titles of new ticket form (in portal and in widget): It is still "Requester", "Subject", and "Description". Is there anyway I can increase the number of "To-do's" that are displayed on the dashboard. Currently only lists 3 so need to scroll down each time I want to view. There is plenty of room down the left hand side of page so cant see the problem.

Since we had Field Service Management added as an extra feature it has broken the ability to create tickets within FreshDesk and via our customer portal. One thing I have noticed is that when you log a ticket from within FD, if you change the Category field to be not a requirement when logging or closing a ticket, the ticket successfully gets created. This has all be changed since the new Field Service Management feature got added.

Hi, i just create an account, and after entering my email information, i ccan only see that screen with Scheduled maintenance i just received that message from freshdesk : Your Account has been blocked due to high volume of traffic. If you feel your requests are genuine, please send an email to support@freshdesk.com with your account details. I just send an email, but i want to know how much time to repair ? kind regards

Does anyone else have an issue when creating a ticket or trying to reply in freshdesk, you can no longer type. I have to go to another screen and refresh the screen and then come back. It happens to more people than me Want to see if anyone else has this same issue.

I'm having a problem on google chrome where on freshdesk is automatically logging me out when the freshconnect widget appears. This problem isn't happening when I login using EDGE. When I log into freshconnect.io, then after a few seconds I automatically get redirected to a 404 page. Any idea where this might be coming from ? I am a SPROUT plan.

I'm attempting to upload an attachment via the native mobile freshdesk app on my Samsung Tab 4. I've tried photos and various files times and all state "Something went wrong". I've never been able to do it from the mobile app but have a use case now that we do need to be able to upload attachments from the mobile devices. Thank you for your help!
