Report all tickets for a contact, not just recent tickets.

How out of date is report information?

Hi all, According to recent updates, the data refresh for various plans are as follows-: 1. Forest -: 30 minutes 2. Estate and Garden -: 1 hour 3. Show customer's local time (based on time zone) inside ticket.

Need reports that describe "last week" and "this week to date".

Hi Smith, You would be able to filter the in depth report, Performance reports based on the Last week (would be termed as "previous week") and this week to date (as "this week"). Could you please check if that helps ? Also, we not have the ability to define when the week ends as of now. We would have to raise this a feature enhancement request to our product team. Customer language not set correctly in database

That should not be happening, Johannes. Sorry for the delayed response. What is the language you are using ? Also, please provide us with a few samples for this, so that we could check this further. Tickets will not display properly in any browser.

Hi,As mentioned in the chat, this issue was due to the SSL being turned off in your portal. Now, that it is turned on, you will not be facing further issues. Hope this helps.
