How to limit attachment file size in feedback widget?

We do understand your concern here but the current attachment size is limited to 15 MB and we won't be able to change this as of now. Alternatively, you can make use of Dropbox, Box or Google Drive integrations to share files with larger sizes. Please refer to this link to learn more about these integrations. Regards,Harish

Searching tickets

Hi Jeremy, As you already know, the current search functionality in Freshdesk has certain limitations which is causing all these issues and we are really sorry about that. Having said that, we are working to improve the current functionality of the search engine and to add some more advanced features to have a seamless experience. I agree that it's been quite long to get this fixed but rest assured, this is on top of our priority list and we'll make sure to release the upgrade as soon as possible.Regards,HarishFreshdesk Support

What are "Company posts" in Facebook?

Hey Andy,Yes, if you are converting company posts into tickets, the comments by a customer will be appended into the same ticket and if the agent replies to that post from Freshdesk, it will be seen in the actual Facebook post as well. Regards,Harish

Cannot login to Freshdesk using Google auth

Hi Fabio, Looks like you do not have SSL certificate installed for the URL https://support.rubiconred.com because of which you are not able to log in using Google. Our team is currently looking into this and to fix this at the earliest. For now, you can use your Freshdesk URL to log in using Google which should work without any issues. Email field vs Name field in popup widget

Hi Wayne,  The " Name " field will be populated automatically if the email address which you are entering is not a contact in you Freshdesk account already. If it's an existing account, the field will not be populated. You can however create a custom field called, " Name " and make it visible in the Feedback widget. Will that work, Wayne? Bug when typing out URLs in tickets

Bug when typing out URLs in tickets

This seems strange, Colin. I just tried this in my test portal and the URL seems to be working fine even after leaving a space onto the end of the URL. Below is a screenshot for your reference. Email Notifications not working from Freshdesk

Hello Zed\Rob, Could you please elaborate us on what issues you are facing with email deliveries? You could also write to "support@freshdesk.com" so that we can do some detailed troubleshooting. Rob, For point 1, if you've selected "Can see all tickets from the company" for a user, the user would be able to view all the tickets raised by other users from the same company. If you need to set up email notifications for that user, you could set up a Dispatch'r rule which you've setup already. For point 2, you can edit the CC notification template. This can be done under Admin-->Email Notifications-->CC Notifications. Let me know if this helps. Thanks, Vc

Disable e-mail notifications on Sprout.

Hello John,  You should be able to turn off the email notifications in the Sprout plan. Could you please clear the browser cache\cookies once and try to turn off the notifications and see if it stays that way?  Thanks, Vc
