Freshservice Change Module workflow question

Hello,  You could try to use API ( Web request node) https://api.freshservice.com/v2/#update_change_priority {"approval_status": 3} Can’t find a good list of the different values but try 2 or 3  Does this API work for changing the approval status ? I tried to use it in the sandbox testing but got invalid field error. Can you confirm this works ?

Hi @shrikini  Could you please provide the freshservice domain as yourcompanyname.freshservice.com completely and check if the issue persists? Thanks This one still throws the error and issue persists.

Unable to update Custom App to Production

Hi Rajgopal,This is configured in that way so that for different environments (Sandbox/Prod) we pass only the domain name and not the entire URL.The URL is configured at the Requests.json something like this:
