Removing attachments from tickets - Automation

HI everyone,I am looking to set up an automated deletion of any attachments on tickets after 30days.  I require the ticket to remain but just the attachment to be deleted.Would anyone know if this is possible and how I would go about setting this up.ThanksDani

Sandbox Configurations

Whenever i create a new sandbox I have to reconfigure the visibility of all the service requests.  This is very time consuming. is there a way I dont have to do this?On a side note i think it would be useful to have two sandboxes.  One to configure and build in and one to do testing in (or have an actual FreshService support environment).

Creating tickets when emailing a mailbox in Freshservice from another mailbox in Freshservice

HI All,We are having the Issue when an email is triggered outside of Freshservice to one of the connected mailboxes, where the FROM address is the same as one of the connected mailboxes the email will be picked up by Freshservice but a ticket WILL NOT be created. Is there a way for a ticket to be created when the email is received into Freshservice.ThanksDani

Resolving a ticket at point of submission

Hi everyone, We are currently using FreshService.  To record phone calls we have set up a ticket form for agents to complete. We have a closure rule that a time entry must be added to a ticket before it can be resolved.  Is there a way for have the time entry option to be added to the ticket form.  The reason behind this is we are having to submit the ticket form and then go into the ticket list to enter a time and resolved the ticket, which is time consuming. ThanksDani

Business Rules - Automatically setting a drop down option depending on group

HI All, Is there a way to have a drop down item automatically selected depending on a requesters group in a service request?I can see there is set options available but that just allows certain items in the drop down to be available not to actually select it.I would like to have the option for a group to have one item in a drop down automatically selected and then the fields for this drop down to appear without the requester having to select or see the drop down.Is there another way to do this apart from business rules? ThanksDani

Hi All, Is it possible for requesters to choose their own popular services in the front end portal.  Also, do you know how I can configure the list of popular services or do they automatically appear based on most used service requests.  ThanksDani
