Customizing SSO Login for Customer

Hi all- I’ve found some topics on this already, but the answers aren’t working for me. I want to update this section of the login page:Instead of having “Are you a customer?”, I want it to read “Do you have a WUSTL Key?”This is what I have tried so far on the login page:<script>jQuery(document).ready(function(){jQuery('.customer-login-link span').text("Do you have a WUSTL Key")});</script> It hasn’t changed anything. Can anyone advise please?

Add Static Text to New Ticket

Hello,We want to add a title for a section of checkbox fields to give our customers instruction. It would appear above the checkboxes and say something like “Please indicate which expenses you incurred”. I’ve included a screenshot of the section of this ticket form.  Thank you!Anna

Updating single-line custom field in linked tickets

Hi all,I saw that you can bulk update certain fields for linked tickets. We would like to bulk update a custom single-line field so that when the tracker ticket field is filled, it fills that same text in the field for all linked tickets. Does anyone have a solution or ideas?

Modify CC Email field

Hi all- does anyone know how to modify the CC field on the submit a ticket view? We want to make it more obvious what it is because we have a custom business field that is also often referred to as CC (unrelated). We’d like to change it from CC to something like “Add CC to copy someone on your request”. Thanks in advance!Anna

Report on Time Spent in Status

Hi all- hoping someone can help me set up a report that I want to schedule out to my agents. Can I configure a report to return all tickets that have been in a certain status (or any of 3 statuses) for a certain period of time? For instance, I want to schedule a report to email the assigned agent a list of tickets that have been “waiting on customer” for 5 or more days at the time the report runs. I know I could set up a notification using time triggers, but I feel like the individual emails are more likely to be overlooked and would like to provide a more concise list once a week or so. I appreciate any help!
